One of my absolute favorite places to go when I lived in Washington state! Lime Kiln State Park on San Juan Island. My first visit there and I saw… wild orcas!! They came right up to the rocks I was standing on!! It was one of the most magical moments of my life. One of them sort of turned over on their side leisurely and I saw this big eye looking at me as it swam by. Yes, it may have been looking at me like I could be a yummy fish haha But I like to think it was just as curious about this strange creature standing on the rocks as I was of it 😃
